Building a Partnership Through Personal Coaching:

1 course per week for 4 weeks, calls are each 1 hour in length

  • Are your hostesses as committed to their parties as you are?

  • Do you know what kind of experience your hostesses want to create at their parties?

Learn how to build a strong working relationship with your hostess which will produce higher sales, booking and recruiting results in your business.  You will learn a successful formula for setting up and then executing a 20 minute host coaching session (either over the phone or in person) which will change your business.

1 course per week for 2 weeks, calls are each 1 hour in length

  • Consistently get recruit leads from your shows

  • Conduct a successful recruiting interview by clearly identifying your prospect’s “why” and then recruiting to that for greater results.
     

Becoming an Enlightened Leader
1 course per week for 4 weeks, calls are each 1 hour in length

Strong Start
Developing A Training Program For New Representatives
1 course per week for 4 weeks. Calls are each 1 hour in length

  • Create a simple, intentional program that will support the new representatives on your team from day one?
  • Become very clear about what your new representatives need to know…and when they need to know it.
  • Easily support your new team members in booking and doing six parties in their first month of business!
  • Learn the framework and tools to increase your new representatives’ results within their first 90-days. 
  • Most importantly, learn a systematic approach which will support them in continuing that momentum in their businesses!
