Julie Anne Jones, Owner and Executive Coach

Julie, a graduate of Erickson College and a professional Certified Coach, combines her training in leadership, her natural communication skills, her coaching training, her experience as a direct sales professional, and her dynamic, sometimes outrageous personality into a very direct, entertaining and fun training & coaching experience. 

Julie prides herself on her ability to incorporate solid training concepts around personal development, coaching skills, direct sales leadership, party presentation and host coaching into a very unique style.

As a former Direct Sales professional, Julie worked a party plan business for several years, consistently holding three parties per week and winning national awards yearly.  She also worked within a multi level marketing structure building a National team through internet networking. For the past 4 years, she has focused entirely on coaching and training other leaders within the direct sales profession. It was the contact with the women in her community that drew her to direct sales, and that connection between women that still keeps her excited about direct sales.  Her passion in coaching and training lies in sharing tools and concepts that will support those who are willing to work in finding maximum success in their own direct sales businesses.

Julie’s coaching philosophy:
 

 “My coaching style is direct and honest. I believe very strongly that energy follows thought and that, until we are very clear about our values and what we truly want in our lives, our thinking is unfocused and very often even works against us.  My foremost intention is always to guide my clients to their most important, core values.  I then partner with them to help them define what living those values means for their lives. 

From this foundation, we are able to define their deepest desires and intentions for their lives and businesses and move forward proactively within that partnership.  It's an absolutely exhilarating journey and one which is ever changing and fulfilling, not only for my clients, but for me personally as well.”

Before coaching I was nowhere!  Meaning I had all these dreams and goals for my life and business but I did not know how to execute them, nor did I believe I could.  I really had a low self esteem in this area, which lead to more failures than successes. I was at Supervisor level with only three directs and nine in-directs, in my business.

Coaching with Julie was one of the best things that happened to me.  It gave me the support, encouragement, and tools that I needed to become more successful in my business and life.  I not only came out of my shell, but I gained the confidence to step out of my box and do my Stampin' Up!  business full-time.  As of this moment I am a Manager with eight directs and 27 in-directs, plus I am on Mark to earn the cruise with my company for the first time.

Nancy Golya

Nancy comes to coaching with over ten years of direct sales consulting and leadership experience. Starting strictly as a hobbyist, Nancy quickly saw the earning and lifestyle benefits of direct sales and moved into a part time and then full time/leadership position with her company. After experiencing a lack of clarity in her life and business, she consulted a coach and began implementing what she'd learned to regain the harmony between her personal life and her business while consistently growing her team and her personal business. It was Nancy's successful experience with coaching that led her to want to support others by becoming a coach herself.

Nancy has a BA in French from Hollins University and studied abroad in Paris, France for a year while in college. Prior to starting her direct sales business, Nancy worked for seven years in investment banking as a licensed stock broker. She is married and has one son (14) and two daughters (9 and 6).

"My coaching philosophy is results oriented. First I help you identify your values and determine your goals.  I assist you in the all-important process of jettisoning the unimportant 'fillers' that decrease your energy and efficiency.  Then through an honest and dedicated partnership,  I help you gain forward momentum to achieve your goals,  both personally and professionally."

Melissa Maguire

Melissa is passionate about working with Direct Sales representatives. Her style is an approach that involves being compassionate yet strong. Her background in Direct Sales helps her support representatives with booking, recruiting and higher sales averages. Melissa feels that connection is the key. Through coaching, mentoring and training, Melissa provides effective tools to support the client in action and transformation. She helps the client with eliminating old habits and beliefs systems that are no longer working. She loves to see the changes that happen when a client is really committed to the process.

"My coaching style is honest and truthful. I believe if the client is willing to look at their values and start aligning their life with what is really important to them that is when transformation starts to happen.  Once the client starts to gain confidence and self worth, things start to change not just in their business but in all areas of their life with little or no struggle. Joy Schenk

Joy is the newest member of our coaching team. She comes to coaching with a background in retail sales and service, and business consulting. Seeing the need to guide people in their decision making processes and goal setting led her to pursue a career in coaching. Joy graduated from Erickson College and has been certified since 2005. She continues to work in the retail and consulting world, as well as being a life and business coach.

Joy is the mother of six and grandmother of seven and her hobby for over thirty five years has been horse training, all of which enhance her ability to listen, communicate and coach. Her friends, co-workers, children and grandchildren seek out her support often because she always comes from a place of loving acceptance.

Joy's Coaching Philosophy:

"I feel I have been given a special gift to be able to nurture and guide people to honor their values, bring balance to their lives, and reach whatever goals their dreams can inspire in them. I am a very direct, honest, goals-driven person, and that style works well to motivate my clients. My business name "Joyous Coaching" comes from the way I feel about my profession and my ability to guide people to reach their dreams."

Laura Poole

Laura, a student of Erickson College and a graduate of Duke University, brings a wealth of experience in several industries and a passion for excellence to her coaching practice. She has excellent communication skills as well as training experience, plus years of experience in direct sales. She brings her unique boundless joy to her coaching practice.

Laura has been self-employed as a professional editor for over a decade. When she began her direct sales career in 2002, she quickly became a top producer with her company and was appointed the National Training Facilitator. Laura also joined Toastmasters International in 2005 and has achieved her Competent Toastmaster and Competent Leader designations.

 

Laura’s Coaching Philosophy:
 

“I believe that we all have the power to succeed in what we set our minds to, no matter what that is, and no matter how we define success. My purpose in coaching is to help clients clarify exactly what they want and find the ways to get there. A balanced life of success and joy is within reach for everyone! Faith Weikert

Faith, a student of Erickson College, holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is honored to be a coach.  Her 8 years of direct sales experience adds tremendous value for her direct sales clients. In addition, Faith has experience working in a variety of environments, from a non-profit organization and a small, privately-owned business to a large corporation (General Electric).  She believes that every step on her journey directed her to a career in coaching and contributes to the value she brings to each session.

It is her desire that her clients enhance the quality of their lives and begin to truly live the life they envision for themselves. To this end, she is committed to partnering with them in setting long-term goal setting and action steps that will bring that about.
